Job Summary
As a Customer Sales Representative at DNG Pharmacy and Mart, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products and answering their questions. Your role is critical in ensuring excellent customer experiences while promoting our products and services.
Your Role
You will provide personalized customer support both in-store and online, manage inquiries, and process sales transactions. You’ll work closely with the team to maintain product knowledge and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Ideal Candidate
- A people person who enjoys helping others.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Able to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
What You Will Do
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products.
- Answer product-related questions and provide advice.
- Process sales transactions and manage returns when necessary.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure loyalty.
