1. Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns on most unopened and unused products within 2 days of purchase.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Prescription medications and certain health products are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon receipt.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@dngpharmacyandmart.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item to us.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
4. Exchanges
- If you received a damaged or defective product, we will exchange it for the same item at no additional cost.
- Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for an exchange.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Prescription medications
- Opened or used personal care products
- Any items specifically marked as non-returnable
